The staff were incredible! Eva is a very welcoming host and helped me with any queries. I ate in the Hotel's restaurant (Veranda, they give discount to hotel guests) almost every evening and the staff there were as great as the food. Very friendly people and really added to the overall pleasantness of my stay, especially Jorge who stands outside the door greeting people and giving vital updates on ski conditions for the mountain! Flora the cat is also great! The swimming pool is very warm and the sauna/jacuzzi facilities were excellent and very clean, much better than a certain nearby "4 star" hotel that I also stayed at. If I return to Bansko I would stay here again for sure.

Had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything was wonderful—the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The room was clean and very warm, making it a comfortable place to relax. Breakfast was just what you need to start the day right. A nice bonus was the 10% discount at the restaurant. The location is perfect, very close to the gondola and within walking distance of everything. There were just a couple of minor issues—the bathroom was a bit small and had a slight leak, but nothing major. Also, since it’s on the main street, it can get a bit noisy at times. Overall, though, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Other than that: Very close to the beginning of the ski slopes and gondola (6-7 minutes of walking) and also close to the center and restaurants. Had a reduction of 10% for ski rental which was pleasant, and also had a special room for you to leave your skis and equipment. Staff (other than the cat) was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty nice most days. Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfy. Would definitely come again!

Great value for the money.Recommended.
